EASTAV Return Policy
At EASTAV, we understand the importance of having quality material, adapted to the demands of working at height and technical environments. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, we invite you to read our return policy below.
🗓️ Deadline for requesting a return
You have a deadline of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with European Union legislation on the right of withdrawal.
📦 Return conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:
- To be unused
- Conserve its original packaging
- Contain all labels, manuals and accessories
- Include the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
Exceptions: Products that cannot be returned
For reasons of security, hygiene and technical regulations, we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Harnesses and mooring elements
- Protective helmets
- Strings and cords
- Fall arresters, blockers and descenders
- Rescue teams
- Pre-assembled professional kits
- Used backpacks and backpacks
- Material that has been used or opened from its sterile packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
Note: Product returns are also not accepted in tender or liquidation, nor of gift cards.

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item following the procedure indicated and make a new purchase separately.

- Once your request is accepted, we will send you:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Detailed shipping instructions
📦 Return address (it will be communicated to you by email after acceptance)
⚠️ We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
💸 Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a period of 10 business days.

🛠️ Faulty products or incorrect orders
If your order has damage, defects or errors, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can provide you with an appropriate solution.
