EASTAV GLOBAL, S.L.U. may modify this privacy policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These privacy conditions may be complemented by the Legal Notice, Cookie Policy and the General Conditions that, if applicable, are collected for certain products or services, if such access involves a specialty in the protection of personal data.

3.- Price lists

  • All the prices shown in the list of our products are without taxes.
  • The tax calculation will be made in the shopping cart provided that in the initial configuration you have selected one of the countries of the European Union as the shipping country and without taxes in the rest. In Spain, in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, if the user is identified, the prices also appear without taxes in the shopping cart. This is because applicable taxes vary depending on the country from which the purchase is made.
  • In relation to Value Added Tax, as a general rule, the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union where this tax applies. All companies belonging to European Union countries, with the exception of Spain and registered as an intra-community operator, will be exempt from paying this tax. When selling to any other country in the world, VAT will not be charged, however the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax burdens.
  • Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (all customs clearance and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping price, and must be paid at the destination by the recipient of the goods).
  • The prices shown on eastav.com may be revised and modified if conditions require it at any time.
  • Products on Offer
  • All products that Materialvertical.es promotes at a special price will be displayed on the web with the following information: offer price, regular price, discount percentage and end date of the offer or promotion. These offers will be available until the date indicated, unless stocks last, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the web.
  • Any pack is considered a special promotion and is not subject to any other discount.

4.- Warranty

  • EASTAV GLOBAL S.L. offers its customers the legal warranty of 2 years for new items, in addition, EASTAV GLOBAL S.L. customers benefit from the commercial guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items, if it is for a longer period. To do this, the customer must keep the original invoice for their purchase.
  • Defects or defects due to improper use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material are not included in this warranty.
  • Decreases in the functionality of the items, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
