Quality Policy
At EASTAV we are dedicated to training in working at height, to the sale and supply of material for vertical work and to the execution of maintenance, repair and reinforcement of structures.
To maintain a high degree of compliance with Quality, Occupational Safety and Environmental standards (internal and external), we implement and maintain and Integrated Management System, as well as various international accreditations:
- Training for work at height and rope access and execution of works in accordance with the code of good practices and requirements of IRATA International.
- Specialized training in the wind energy sector in accordance with basic safety and recycling training/training requirements according to standard requirements GWO for the BST module (Work at Height, Fire Awareness, First Aid, Load Handling and Survival at Sea) and the ART, BTT, SLS and EFA modules.
Our goal is to integrate Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Productivity, Social Commitment and Quality, in order to:
- Identify and ensure that all the processes and activities we carry out meet applicable legal requirements.
- Incorporate into our processes, awareness-raising and training programs that stimulate personnel in the field of Quality, Safety and PRL.
- Ensure the prevention of damage, deterioration of health and the continuous improvement of OSH management and performance.
- Improve prevention systems, minimizing the magnitude and environmental impact of our activities and services.
- Promote information feed back with our customers and suppliers.
- Review and follow up on this policy, adapting it to the reality of the company.
- Maintain our commitment to meeting requirements, and to continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system and the prevention of pollution.
- Develop a favorable framework of labor relations that favors the integration and development of all employees, communication, respect and the fight against all discrimination.
- Respect human rights and people, the improvement of working conditions and occupational safety, the development of competencies and abilities and equal opportunities.
- Respect diversity, promoting non-discrimination on the basis of race, age, marital status, ideology, sex, nationality, religion, political tendency or any other physical or social condition among its professionals.

MANAGEMENT POLICY
EASTAV BLADE REPAIR S.L, was created with the purpose of providing specialized training and high added value to personnel in the wind energy sector.
To maintain a high degree of compliance with Quality, Occupational Safety and Environmental standards (internal and external), we implement and maintain our own Management System, which also provides us with international accreditation as a specialized training center in the sector
wind power in accordance with training/training requirements according to GWO standards for the “Blade Repair” module.
Our goal is to integrate Productivity, Work Safety, Environmental Management and Quality, in order to:
- Incorporate into our processes, awareness-raising and training programs that stimulate personnel in the field of Quality, Environment and PRL.
- Identify and ensure that all the processes and activities we carry out meet applicable legal and other requirements.
- Improve production systems, minimizing the magnitude and environmental impact of our activities and services.
- Promote information feed back with our customers and suppliers.
- Maintain our commitment to meeting requirements, and to continuously improving system efficiency and protecting the environment.
- Review and follow up on this policy, adapting it to the reality of the company.
