SWAR-2EX system
System Components
The SWAR-2EX architecture is based on three fundamental pillars designed for rapid deployment and reliability in critical environments.

Base Station
The core of the system. It acts as the intelligent bridge between the surface and the subsoil, linking the rescue office with the underground brigades.
- Centralized management of all components
- Real-time monitoring — location of radiotelephones
- Advanced security alerts
- Optional fiber optic connection up to 1 km

Radio Node — BatNode
Robust and temporary network. They are placed every 50 meters to extend the network. The mesh remains stable even if an individual node fails.
- Instantly self-configurable network
- Extended battery life up to 5 days
- Total Resilience

Radiotelephone — mPhone
Critical audio communication. Essential device for direct contact between rescuers and base operators.
- 12h talk · 36h on hold
- 868 MHz/2.4 GHz dual system — VoIP WiFi compatible
- S.O.S. Alert · motion detection
- Dead Man function and location
SWAR - 2EX SYBET
- Self-configurable mesh network — without previous infrastructure, operational from the first node
- Up to 5 days of battery life — Rechargeable BatNode, resistant to extreme conditions (IP67)
- ATEX/IECEx Certification — approved for explosive atmospheres in mining
- Full coverage — nodes every 50 m, more than 100 nodes in a simultaneous network
- Bidirectional communication — Integrated voice, data, location and Dead Man alarm

SpellCom: The Communication Revolution for Speleology and Cave Rescue
Wireless mesh network system designed specifically for natural caves and underground environments where conventional infrastructure is not feasible. Expertly developed and tested by rescue teams in Poland, Slovenia and Croatia.
Developed in collaboration with experts and tested by rescue teams in Poland, Slovenia and Croatia, the system guarantees total reliability in critical field situations.

System Components

MiniNode — Ultra-lightweight Relay
Ultra-light 250 g node designed for caves and exploration. The network is instantly self-configuring without cables or external amplifiers.
- 250 g — half the weight of the BatNode
- Up to 3 days of active battery life (3 months on hold)
- Self-configurable mesh network in non-ATEX environments
- IP67 protection · dust and water resistant
- Tested by rescue teams in Poland, Slovenia and Croatia

mPhone — Robust Terminal
Heavy-duty radiotelephone for individual and group communication, position tracking and data transmission in hostile environments.
- 12h talk · 36h in standby mode
- 868 MHz/2.4 GHz dual system — VoIP WiFi compatible
- S.O.S. Alert · motion detection (Dead Man)
- Real-time location and tracking
- Compatible with external PTT and specific headphones
SpellCom Control Software
It allows team managers to monitor the entire network from a laptop on the surface. Real-time visualization of batteries, signal and position of each rescuer and node.
- Assigning names to each rescuer and device
- Real-time position tracking — topographic maps
- Permanent battery and coverage monitoring for each node
- Extreme standby mode — up to 3 months without recharging
- Validated by rescue teams in Poland, Slovenia and Croatia

Intelligent Management and Geolocation
The latest software update takes security to a new level:
Personalized Identification: Assigning names to each rescuer and device for accurate tracking.
Superior Autonomy: The MiniNodes offer up to 2.5 days of active use and an incredible standby time of up to 3 months in low power.
Key Benefits
Here is a detailed example of the installation of our system in caving. The objective is to configure a high-resistance network that guarantees fluid, stable communication that is completely free of noise or interference.
