- Dispone de un gatillo de cierre en la placa lateral móvil que permite instalar la cuerda fácilmente, manteniendo el aparato conectado al arnés, lo que facilita el paso de fraccionamientos.
- Instalación fácil de la cuerda, gracias a la guía y a los marcados indicativos.
- Dos modos de descenso posibles: sobre la placa lateral o sobre la garganta de frenado en V.
- Sistema AUTO-LOCK que permite posicionarse fácilmente en el lugar de trabajo, sin tener que manipular la empuñadura ni realizar una llave de bloqueo: desde que el usuario suelta la empuñadura, la cuerda queda automáticamente bloqueada en el aparato. El retroceso automático de la empuñadura limita los riesgos de enganche involuntario.
- Paso automático de la empuñadura a la posición de almacenamiento cuando la cuerda es retirada del aparato, lo que permite reducir los riesgos de enganche involuntario cuando el descensor se lleva en el arnés.
- Una vez bloqueada, la cuerda puede ser recuperada sin tener que manipular la empuñadura, lo que permite por ejemplo efectuar fácilmente cortos ascensos por cuerda.
- La leva se puede manipular para recuperar cuerda fácilmente o asegurar a un primero de cordada en técnica de escalada.
- Refuerzo de protección, de acero inoxidable en la zona de rozamiento de la cuerda, que permite aumentar la resistencia al desgaste.
