At EASTAV GLOBAL, we make available to our staff and to all people professionally linked to the company an Internal Information System and Internal Complaints Channel, implemented on a voluntary basis in accordance with the Law 2/2023 for the protection of the informant.

This channel allows the transfer, in a secure, confidential and anonymous way, of possible irregularities or relevant breaches detected in the professional field.

This channel is not intended for ordinary work incidents or complaints of harassment. These must be processed according to their specific procedures.

Regulatory framework

This system has been implemented on a voluntary basis in accordance with the Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, in transposition of European Directive 2019/1937 (Whistleblowing).
