The origin of EASTAV, in the words of its Founder and Manager, José Manuel Gordillo Argüelles:

“EASTAV was born from an idea, from a vision that began to take shape more than 33 years ago, when I started working in the world of working at height and rope access in different productive sectors. It was then that I realized something that deeply concerned me: many of the professionals in the sector, although they had certifications and training, were not really prepared to face the challenges of this demanding work.

The learning offered on many occasions was not enough, and that led me to think that there must be a better way to train people.
With this concern, and with the hope of changing training standards, I decided to found EASTAV in 2002. My goal was always clear: to offer quality training, which went far beyond a simple certificate. I wanted the people who went through our courses to not only acquire knowledge, but to really feel safe and capable of facing any challenge that came their way in their professional lives.

Today, my vision for EASTAV is clear: to continue to grow, to continue to offer the highest quality training and, above all, to continue to impact the lives of every person who trusts us.

From the start, it was clear to me that safety came first. Not just on paper, but in every action we took. Seeing how some formations occurred in a superficial way, without real practices, impelled me to do things differently. I wasn't interested in offering easy degrees; I wanted people to really learn. At EASTAV, we focus on creating personalized training, understanding that each person learns differently. Some learn quickly, others need a different approach, but everyone should have the opportunity to train in a serious and professional way.”

EASTAV: Reference in training and technical solutions
