EASTAV Mining Services at MIRE 2025

Between the August 12 and 14, Santiago de Chile received the second edition of International Mining Rescue and Safety Seminar — MIRE 2025, a meeting that brought together international experts, representatives of the mining industry and public institutions to discuss the latest technologies and strategies that are transforming safety in mining operations.

This time, in EASTAV we achieved an outstanding participation that reaffirmed our position as an international reference in Mining Services and security solutions for the industry.

The event, led by the Chilean Mining Chamber, addressed key issues such as technology applied to the mining sector with the use of drones, advanced communication, rescue and shelter systems in mining environments. At this event, Armando Pereira, EASTAV specialist, gave a keynote speech on “Rescue and extraction intervention in chambers and shelter stations”, in which he shared his experience and knowledge about protocols, procedures and the use of specialized equipment for high-risk interventions.
