We are pleased to express our deep gratitude to the manufacturer Sybet, as well as to all the collaborators and participants who joined us in a series of innovative events held in Spain and Portugal.

During these events, we proudly presented the revolutionary SWAR-2EX communication system, designed to ensure the safety and success of rescue operations in underground environments, such as mines, tunnels and caves. In these challenging scenarios, the SWAR-2EX system has established itself as a technological lifesaver for rescue teams around the world, offering interference-free, fast and versatile communication. Its wireless, cable-free design makes it especially ideal for explosive atmospheres.

This communication system uses long-lasting batteries and is equipped with autonomous radio telephones and signal repeaters. In addition, it offers the option of a control unit for even more extensive functionality and communication with the outside.

The demonstration days took place in emblematic places of the mining industry in the region:

Construction workers and inspectors in hard hats conducting underground tunnel and mining site survey.

The Reunion Mine, in the town of Villanueva del Río y Minas, Spain.

Emergency responders and firefighters training at EASTAV facility with Sandfire Matsa and Sybét logos

Sandfire MATSA's Magdalena Mine, in Almonaster la Real, Spain.

Mining workers in safety gear observing equipment indoors and posing outdoors at industrial mine site.

The Aljustrel Mining Park, in Portugal.

At each of these locations, we were able to highlight some of the impressive capabilities of the communication system along galleries, ramps and wells.

We want to express our sincere gratitude to all the organizations and entities that supported us and participated in these events:

  • EMASESA.
  • Seville firefighters.
  • Villanueva del Rio and Minas firefighters.
