INSST TECHNICIANS REACH NEW HEIGHTS

We have had the pleasure of teaching a course in Vertical Work Techniques and Height Work to a group of professionals from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSST), with content adapted to the specific subject matter and needs of their profession.

The INSST is the scientific and technical body specialized in occupational risk prevention of the General State Administration.

We designed this tailor-made course to offer INSST technicians in the area of physical and mechanical hazards the opportunity to experience, first-hand, how duly certified personal protective equipment (PPE) is combined and used in real working conditions.

Knowing how to choose, inspect, combine and use PPE correctly in certain situations and workplaces are key aspects in preventing risks at height. In this regard, the good training of workers is as important as the certification of the PPE they use.

It has been an enormous satisfaction for EASTAV to train INSST technicians and thus develop, together with them, a common understanding of prevention and safety at work as an integral element of professional excellence.
