- The ABSORBICA®-Y is a multifunctional, compact and efficient element designed to facilitate safe movements in horizontal safety structures and lines.
- It accepts various types of connectors and allows for several ways to install the harness.
- Equipped with an energy absorber that limits the impact force the user experiences in the event of a fall. This system tears in stages to limit deceleration, especially useful for lighter users.
- It provides two harness installation options:
- Frequent connections and disconnections: using a carabiner properly secured by theSTRING fastening accessory (included).
- Almost permanent connection: using a RING OPEN locking ring or a SWIVEL OPEN swivel link to prevent tangling.
- The textile cover protects the energy absorber from abrasion and splashes, allowing for periodic inspections thanks to its opening system at the ends.
- The ends of the lanyard allow connection with MGO OPEN large opening connectors or carabiners.
